OMODA AND JAECOO MOTOR PHILIPPINES INC. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "we") has always prioritized respect for personal data privacy. Please read this consent letter for cross-border transfer of data ("Consent Letter") carefully. In principle, the personal data we collect and generate within the Philippines will be stored within the Singapore. However, as specifically stated in this consent letter, with your authorized consent, and for the purpose of remote system operation and maintenance, your Personal data may be transferred to, or accessed from, jurisdictions outside the countries mentioned above, which jurisdictions include China, and if the scope of the jurisdictions changes in the future, we will notify you by promptly updating this Statement or otherwise. In the meantime, we will ensure that your personal data is afforded the same level of protection within the countries mentioned before.

Purpose of cross-border data processing
The primary purpose are to fulfil requests or service appointments you make to us, including test drives, business and purchase intention. We only collect personal information that is necessary to achieve these purposes. After you stop using the system, we will regularly clear the data and will not retain your personal information.

The categories of personal data we cross-border transfer:
Basic Personal Information of Users: Name, Phone Number, Email Address(optional), Intended Vehicle Model, Preferred Dealer, Detailed Inquiry Details(optional).
Adequate security
With your consent, your personal data will be transferred outside the countries mentioned previously. We will ensure that your personal data receives the same level of protection as if it were sufficiently located within the countries mentioned before, including but not limited to, the adoption of data protection measures, the monitoring of cross-border data use, and other technical means.
